Mike Robinson, MCSE, MCT, CNE, CNI, CTT+

 

Introduction:

Mike is certified and experienced in both training and supporting of Microsoft and Novell Network Operating Systems.  In the classroom Mike employs his creative talents and his extensive experience and knowledge to enhance the learning experience.  He is known for his ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms, and to make dry subjects fun and interesting.  

 

Experience:

Mike’s teaching experience includes nine years as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and a Certified Novell Instructor (CNI), teaching the Microsoft and Novell Official Curriculum. He has also developed and instructed Community College computer courses, and in-house computer courses for companies he has worked for.  In addition he has many years of experience as an instructor in the Armed Forces Reserve.

 

Mike has been involved in the information technology industry for over 25 years.  He has a wide range of experience including network operating system installation, support and administration, project management, strategic planning, mainframe technical support, systems analysis and programming.
